Answer four short questions about a workstation and get an immediate, informal read on where the strain risk sits. It's a starting point for a conversation, not a formal assessment.
This tool gives a general indication only. It does not replace a professional workstation assessment or a documented risk assessment.
1. How often does your workstation cause you discomfort (neck, back, wrists, or eyes)?
2. Do you feel tension in your neck, shoulders, or lower back by the end of the day?
3. Do you regularly lift, carry, or move loads without a clear technique in mind?
4. Do you go more than two hours without standing up or changing position?
How we work
A short call to understand your business, your risks, and what "good" would look like.
We walk your site or workstations and gather what a written assessment actually needs.
A clear, prioritised plan and a service agreement scoped to your size and industry.
One consistent point of contact, not a call centre, for as long as you need us.
About Frozenworks
Frozenworks is run as a focused, independent consultancy: no call centre, no rotating account managers. You work directly with the person doing the assessment, the training, and the follow-up.

Questions
Yes, most strain-related problems build up quietly for years before anyone raises them. The course is preventative: it catches avoidable strain before it becomes an absence, a claim, or a resignation.
In Germany, employers are required to carry out a documented risk assessment (Gefährdungsbeurteilung) under the Arbeitsschutzgesetz, regardless of company size, starting with the first employee. We help you build and keep it current.
Both. Site visits and hands-on workstation reviews happen in person; training, briefings, and many follow-up sessions can run remotely. We agree the right mix during the free consultation.
Nothing. It's a short, no-obligation call to understand your situation. Any paid work only follows a clear, transparent proposal.
You get one consistent contact who knows your site, not a rotating roster of consultants. Advice stays practical and specific to your business rather than generic and templated.
